Forum Leader

1. Login

1. Login
1.1. Log in your Executive Forums email.
1.2. Look for the email that has “REF Leadership Journey - Your personal login” as subject.

1.3. Copy your password.

1.4. Go to: www.executiveforums.com/360
1.5. Enter your Executive Forums email and paste your password.

2. Miembros

2.1 ¿Cómo agregar a un Miembro?
2.1.1. Click on “Manage Members”, the second icon on the left column.
2.1.2. Click on “+ Create Member”.
2.1.3. Fill in all the information needed in the pop-up window.
2.1.4. Click on “Add Member”.

2.2 ¿Cómo editar la información de un Miembro?
2.2.1. Click on “Manage Members”, the second icon on the left column.
2.2.2. Click on the pencil of the Member you want to edit.
2.2.3. Edit the information.
2.2.4. Click on “Update Member”.

2.3 ¿Cómo eliminar a un Miembro?
2.3.1. Click on “Manage Members”, the second icon on the left column.
2.3.2. Click on the trashcan of the Member you want to delete.
2.3.3. Click on “OK”.

3. Enviar el enlace 360º

3.1 ¿Cómo mandar el enlace 360º a tu Foro?
3.1.1. Click on “Manage Members”, the second icon on the left column.
3.1.2. If you have more then one Forum, in the dropdown option select the Forum Code.
3.1.3. Click on the first checkbox of the table to select all members with that Forum Code.

3.1.4. Click on the “Send member 360º link” button.
3.1.5. Select the options on the pop up. Don’t forget to select the preferred language.
3.1.6. Click on “OK” to send the 360º links.

3.2 ¿Cómo reenviar el enlace 360º?
3.2.1. Search for the Member by name.
3.2.2. Click on the arrow to resend credentials.

3.2.3. Select the options on the pop up. Don’t forget to select the preferred language.
3.2.4. Click on “OK” to send the 360º links.

4. Feedback Statements

4.1 ¿Cómo cambiar el rol de un par en un Feedback?
4.1.1. Click on “Manage Members”, the second icon on the left column.
4.1.2. Click on the eye icon in the actions column of the Member you want to edit.

4.1.3. Click on the pencil to edit the role of the evaluator.
4.1.4. Select from the drop-down the correct role for that evaluator.
4.1.5. Once finished editing, click on Manage Members again.

4.2 ¿Cómo eliminar una evaluación?
4.2.1. Click on “Manage Members”, the second icon on the left column.
4.2.2. Click on the eye icon in the actions column of the Member you want to edit.

4.2.3. Click on the trashcan of the survey you want to delete.
4.2.4. Make sure the evaluation is the correct one and click on “Ok”.
4.2.5. Once finished editing, click on Manage Members again.

4.3 ¿Cómo mandar los Feedback Statements a tus Miembros?
4.3.1. Click on the first checkbox of the table to select all Members who have completed the 360º.
4.3.2. Click on the “Send Member Evaluation Report” button.
4.3.3. Select the preferred language.
4.3.4. Click on “OK” to send the 360º Reports to the selected Members.

4.4 ¿Cómo descargar todos los Feedback Statements?
6.4.1. Click on “Manage Report”, the third icon on the left column.
6.4.2. Select the Forum Code in the dropdown.
6.4.3. Click on the “Download All” button.
6.4.4. Select the preferred language.
6.4.5. Click on the “OK” button.

4.5 ¿Cómo descargar un Feedback Statement en específico?
6.5.1. Click on “Manage Report”, the third icon on the left column.
6.5.2. Select the Forum Code in the first dropdown.
6.5.3. Select a specific Member in the second dropdown.
6.5.4. Click on the “Download Report” button.
6.5.5. Select the preferred language.
6.5.6. Click on the “OK” button.
